Hi, I'm Pete Carroll, a Photographer, Musician (Composer/Songwriter), Videographer & Web Designer based in South Lanarkshire, Scotland.

I have had a very keen interest in photography for over 25 years now, I've been taking photos since approx 1995, or thereabouts, in some shape or form, and I took a short course in 35mm back then too, the days of film, chemicals and dark rooms.  I love to capture "the moment" when the light is right and everything is in it's place, for that photo to have life and tell it's story,  I have also been a musician for over 35 years now and have a long background in IT Support, I create websites too www.espedaircreative.com 

 

I love the outdoors, have been a keen gardener for 30 years and enjoy hillwalking and nature, hence the predominance of nature and external photos on my website.

With a college background in Music Recording, I also studied TV Production in the early 90s, and I have been creating videos using stock footage for the past few years now, mainly for Composers/Songwriters, to help them promote their new musical works. More recently, in 2021, I began creating my own videos, using the video mode on my DSLR, which I love and of course, as a composer, I create the music for them too.   See them below.
